gunpla.moe respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512.

Reporting Infringement

If you believe that content on gunpla.moe infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our designated DMCA agent containing:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or an authorized representative
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
3. Identification of the material on our site that you claim is infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it (URL)
4. Your contact information (name, address, phone, email)
5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf

Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to the address above containing the information required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3).

Repeat Infringers

We will terminate the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.

Note on Kit Images

Product images displayed on kit pages are either sourced from official Bandai press materials, linked directly from retailer pages, or provided under affiliate program image licenses. If you are a rights holder and have concerns about a specific image, please contact us at dmca@gunpla.moe and we will address it promptly.
